La semana pasada tuve un problema con el post que os tenía preparado… Me ha dado mucha rabia porque iba sobre los carnavales y lo perdí casi al completo al ir a publicar! 😦 … dado que no hay manera de recuperarlo, iré preparando bien el siguiente destino y esta semana he decidido seguir hablando un poco más de todas las opciones que ofrece Madrid, mi ciudad.
Una de mis grandes pasiones de todos los tiempos ha sido la moda, creo que también se intuye desde los Fashion Bites de cada post de Travel! Y hablo en pasado porque siento que últimamente puede más un vuelo a cualquier rincón que aún no conozco que cualquier vestido o preda must de la temporada… con lo que yo he sido! 😉
Aún así, no puedo evitar de vez en cuando darme una vuelta por las tiendas online o las tiendas de mi ciudad para ponerme al día y no quedarme descolgada… Es cierto que Topshop, Mango, H&M y el Grupo Inditex nos sacan del apuro, y también que el ritmo de vida de hoy cada vez me ha vuelto más cómoda y con el tiempo he ido desplazando mis compras cada vez más a Internet (¿os habéis fijado que cada vez las tiendas online son más completas?) pero de vez en cuando también me gusta buscar tesoros escondidos por la ciudad para encontrar algo diferente, especial o más original.
Podría hacer esta lista interminable, pero he decidido seleccionar a conciencia mis tiendas -de moda- preferidas en Madrid, (de momento tiendas físicas, ya que más adelante me gustaría comentar en un post específico mis tiendas online favoritas), y enseñaros lo mejor de cada una para cuando os apetezca salir de la monotonía y montar un buen plan con amigas por la ciudad… espero que os gusten!
1. Isabel Marant, Callejón de Jorge Juan
Isabel Marant es una de mis diseñadoras preferidas no solo por su manera de encontrar una «actitud» en sus creaciones sino por hacer cosas que de verdad sirven para el día a día. Sencillas, limpias, pero chic, sin renunciar a la comodidad… vamos, que lo tiene todo!. Sus prendas son las más clonadas por las tiendas, prueba de ello son sus conocidísimas sneakers… (recordáis las de Blanco?) y no me extraña porque a todo se le saca partido.
La tienda en Madrid es pequeña y está distribuida en dos plantas: la línea Etoile está en la planta superior, aunque por sus dimensiones muchas veces no tienen toda la colección y hay veces que después de echar un vistazo termino en la tienda online en donde puedo encontrarlo todo.
2. Tanit , Nuñez de Balboa 35
Tanit fue un descubrimiento en pleno barrio de Salamanca. Un lugar hippie, ibicenco y con vestidos de Charo Ruiz en el centro de la ciudad!
Los chicos que llevan la tienda son encantadores y tanto la tienda como la ropa te trasladan inmediatamente a la isla: vestidos boho, alpargatas y botas camperas, ad lib en estado puro…Mi perdición!
Para mi las joyas de la corona son las colecciones de Charo Ruiz, incluidas las de novia… Una pasada!
Os animo a que la descubráis aunque sea sólo por hacer un paréntesis de la ciudad, y sobre todo hacedlo esos días de antes de pensar en hacer las maletas para cualquier destino playero de veraneo… La inspiración está asegurada.
3. Sister Jane, Hermosilla 26
En la Calle Hermosilla, en un espacio que pasa totalmente desapercibido para cientos de peatones que pasan diariamente por su puerta, existe uno de los lugares más originales y con más encanto de la ciudad, en el que se concentran tiendas muy interesantes alrededor de un patio espectacular lleno de vegetación. Cruzando el portal, os encontraréis como en un mercadillo londinense del estilo de Candem o Portobello en el que hay antiguedades, muebles de forja y de madera, plantas y flores…un lugar bohemio y diferente.
Cualquiera de sus tiendas merece la pena: Federica&Co (en la que se encuentran prendas de las marcas Zadig&Voltaire o American Vintage entre otras, o en la que incluso se imparten cursos de cocina!), o Yellow&Stone, entre otras.
De todas ellas, destaco Sister Jane: me encanta porque puedes encontrar ropa totalmente diferente a precios no desorbitados. La marca fue creada por una española afincada en Londres y tiene un caracter entre londinense y parisino que hace que los diseños equilibren dos cosas que me encantan: glamour desenfadado y originalidad chic. Os la recomiendo si os van los detalles inesperados y el street style.La marca también está a la venta online en Top Shop, Lipsy, Urban Outfitters o ASOS.
4. Anatomía, Campoamor 6
Una pequeña tienda en Alonso Martínez en la que llama la atención su «manifiesto»que se proclama, entre otras cosas, que «ser diferente no es pagar más»
Las diferentes prendas se distribuyen en burros a lo largo del contorno de la tienda y se distribuyen por colores. Además, cuentas con el asesoramiento y ayuda de su encantadora dependienta, que a mí siempre me «encuentra» tesoros que se me han pasado desapercibidas 😉
Suelo visitarla sobre todo en época de rebajas, donde se encuentran auténticos chollos! Y, como detalle, en cada compra te regalan un colgante de «tetera de la suerte» hecho a mano. Además, la tienda de Campoamor (también tienen otra en Lagasca, 56) cuenta con otro gran aliciente: muy cerquita se encuenta Dray Martina, uno de mis restaurantes favoritos en Madrid, por lo que el plan es completo si vas con amigas! 😉
5. The Corner, Orellana 12
La hermana pequeña de la archiconocida NAC, se centra en un público más joven y tiene un estilo más casual, atrevido y vanguardista (con precios también mucho más razonables). Entre sus marcas, destacan las prendas de Gat Rimon, MinkPink, Suncoo, D.A.T.E o Lavand.
La tienda tiene un aire vintage y se distribuye por colores, pudendo pasar desde una sección de trajes de lentejuelas hasta pantalones cargo y camisetas…y además de moda femenina tiene también una pequeña selección para hombres, y complementos (bolsos y zapatos) También han abierto una segunda tienda en Madrid en el barrio de las letras (Huertas nº 17), muy acogedora y llena de detalles.
Su ropa tiene estilo y algo diferente, así que a mí me convence! (ojo, si vuestro estilo es más clásico es más recomendable NAC). Podréis salir de la monotonía de Zara y encontrar prendas muy interesante sin que los precios sean abusivos…probadla y me decís si os convence también.
6. Nud, Barquillo 42.
En la esquina de la calle Fernando VI con Barquillo, una zona en la que se concentran actualmente un montón de tiendas y locales de moda, aparece Nud, la hermana pequeña de «Sun&Moon» (Fuencarral 88), con una cuidada selección de ropa y complementos con un marcado toque afrancesado y bohemio. Ropa sencilla pero trendy, en la que destacan marcas como Suncoo, See U Soon o Toupy entre otras. Todo muy apetecible y bastante considerado con nuestros bolsillos.
Mención aparte merecen sus bolsos de piel, bastante interesantes, que te hacen dificil tomar la decisión.
Aunque no tienen tienda online, cuentan con su propia página de Facebook y admiten pedidos por mail que te mandan en pocos días a casa. Así que ya sabéis, si queréis prendas básicas y ponibles con espíritu frances, echadle un vistazo!
7. The Dressroom, Nuñez de Balboa 37
Si buscáis diseño a buen precio, esta es vuestra tienda. Con prendas únicas y diferentes, y todo tipo de ropa y accesorios de firmas tanto nacionales como internacionales, su dueña Cecilia intenta recopilar ropa exclusiva, de diseño y de calidad.
La tienda está llena de fotos de sus clientas en todo el Mundo y respira un aire cosmopolita e internacional. En las perchas, os vais a entusiasmar con las últimas tendencias de las pasarelas y además podréis encontrar diseños exclusivos de los que sólo existe una unidad por modelo (estaréis de suerte si está en vuestra talla!)
Desde luego es el sitio para encontrar algo nuevo y diferente, por lo que suele ser un lugar frecuentado por personal shoppers y asesores de imagen para encontrar ese punto único para los estilismos que ofrecen a sus clientes.
8. Anine Bing, Callejón de Jorge Juan
Lo de Anine Bing y su llegada al mundo del diseño es curioso, su historia empezó porque «no encontraba los skinny jeans perfectos y decidio hacérselos». Me identifico totalmente, llegaré a crear mi propia marca también? ;P Empezó por los jeans pero continuó con todos los básicos de su armario creando prendas con «un toque rockero y bohemio», y su prenda estrella es la biker de cuero (una de mis prendas preferidas) aunque lo que más vende son sus botas Sage Green Studded.
Su tienda en Madrid es pequeñita y discreta por fuera pero moderna y original por dentro, con un aire un tanto industrial y ladrillo visto. Si os dais una vuelta por el callejón, no dejéis de pasar por allí!
9. Atelier Concept, Claudio Coello 66.
Un espacio de moda con prendas muy distintas y especiales traídas de Francia, Italia, Holanda, Bélgica o EE.UU. Entre los descubrimientos de la tienda destacan los vaqueros, las camisetas básicas (que sientan muy bien), o los complementos. A mí me encaja muy bien cuando busco algo de estilo hippie chic, y además cuentan con una colección propia.
Lo más característico de Atelier Concept creo que es el estilo que sus dueñas le imprimen, seleccionan ellas mismas las prendas y asesoran de manera bastante acertada en la tienda, sugiriéndote mezclas que nunca se te hubiesen ocurrido pero que funcionan.
La tienda es cálida, decorada en un estilo rústico, y es frecuentada por bloggers y celebrities, y se encuentra en pleno Barrio de Salamanca. Si preferís visitarla desde el salón de vuestra casa, podéis comprar a través de su web.
10. Mimoki, Hermosilla 26.
Cuando tengáis una boda a la vista, pasad por Mimoki. Es una tienda de tocados en la que no sólo podréis comprarlos, sino también alquilarlos e incluso hacerlos a la medida de tus gustos y personalidad. Si queréis el pack completo, también encontraréis vestidos y joyas para complementarlos, bastante interesantes por cierto.
A día de hoy, el equipo de diseñadores de la tienda echa el resto en sus creaciones y veréis cómo pueden llegar a sorprenderos con piezas únicas, con mucho estilo, y de tendencia. Ya veréis como dejáis huella en vuestro evento! 🙂

Still, I can not help but occasionally take a turn in the online shops or stores in my city to catch up and not get off the hook … It is true that Topshop, Mango, H & M and Inditex Group take us out of trouble and also that the pace of life today each time has made me more comfortable and time have been moving my purchases increasingly Internet (you noticed that every time the online stores are more complete?) but once then I also like to look for hidden treasures the city to find something different, special or more original.
1. Isabel Marant, Jorge Juan alley
Isabel Marant is one of my favorite designers not only for their way to find an «attitude» in his creations but by doing things that really serve for the day. Simple, clean, but chic without sacrificing comfort … come on, who has everything !. Her clothes are the most cloned by the shops, the proof is their sneakers conocidísimas … (remember those of Suiteblanco?) And no wonder because everything he takes advantage.
The store in Madrid is small and is distributed on two floors: the Etoile line is on the top floor, although its dimensions often do not have the entire collection and there are times that after taking a term look at the online store where I can find everything.
2. Tanit , Nuñez de Balboa 35
Tanit was a discovery in the neighborhood of Salamanca. A hippie, Ibizan place with Charo Ruiz collections the center of the city!
The owners of the shop are lovely and both the store and the clothes you immediately move to the island: boho dresses, sandals and cowboy boots, pure ad lib … My perdition!
For me the crown jewels are the collections of Charo Ruiz, including wedding dresses … Amazing!
I encourage you to discover it if only to make a break from the city, and especially these days do it before thinking about packing for any beach destination resort … Inspiration is assured.
3. Sister Jane, Hermosilla 26
On Hermosilla Stret, in a space that goes totally unnoticed for hundreds of pedestrians who pass daily through your door, there is one of the most original and most charming places of the city, in which interesting shops are concentrated around a courtyard spectacular full of vegetation. You cross the portal, you will find in a London market as Camden or Portobello: there are antiques, furniture and forging wood, plants and flowers … a bohemian and different place.
Any of its stores worth: Federica & Co (which are clothing brands Zadig & Voltaire or American Vintage, or even cooking courses are taught!), or Yellow & Stone, among others.
Of these, I highlight Sister Jane: I love because you can find totally different clothes at affordable prices. The brand was created by a Spanish designer based in London and has a character between London and Paris that makes designs balance two things that I love: casual glamour and chic originality. I recommend it if you go unexpected details and street style. This brand is also for sale online in Top Shop, Lipsy, Urban Outfitters and ASOS.
4. Anatomía, Campoamor 6
A small shop in Alonso Martinez will catch your attention with its «manifesto» which proclaims, inter alia, that «being different doesn’t mean to pay more«
The garments are distributed along the contour of the shop, differentiated by color. You will receive the advice and help of his lovely assistant, she always «find» treasures that I have gone unnoticed😉
I usually visit especially in sales time where there are real bargains! And as detail on every purchase you get a free pendant «lucky teapot» handmade. The store has a vintage atmosphere and is distributed by colors, pudendal pass from a section of sequined costumes to cargo pants and tees … plus womenswear also has a small selection for men, and accessories (bags and shoes) also they have opened a second store in Madrid in the neighborhood of the letters (Huertas No 17), very welcoming and full of details.
His clothes have style and something different, so to me convinces me! (Watch out! if you have a classic style, then is more advisable NAC). You will be able to leave the monotony of Zara and find very interesting items without prices are abusive … try it and tell me if you convinces too.
6. Nud, Barquillo 42.

7. The Dressroom,Nuñez de Balboa 37
If you look design at a good price, this is your store. With unique and different clothes, and all kinds of clothing and accessories for both domestic and international firms, its owner Cecilia tries to collect exclusive clothing, design and quality.
The store is full of photos of her clients throughout the world and exudes a cosmopolitan and international air. In the hangers, you are going to enthuse with the latest trends from the catwalks and also you will find designs which there is only one unit per model (you will be veeery lucky if you find it in your size!)
It is certainly the place to find something new and different, so it is usually a hangout for personal shoppers and image consultants to find that single point to the styles they offer their clients.
8. Anine Bing, Jorge Juan alley
Anine Bing’s arrival to the world of design is curious, his story began because she «didn’t find the perfect skinny jeans and she decided to create them.» I identify completely, will I get to create my own brand as well? ; P
She started by jeans but continued with all basic in your closet creating garments with «a rocker and bohemian touch« and its star garment is the biker leather (one of my favorite pieces) but what sells the most are her Sage Green Studded boots.
Theshop in Madrid is tiny and discreet outside but inside modern and original, with a somewhat industrial air and exposed brick. If you give yourself a tour of the alley, do not forget to stop by!
9. Atelier Concept, Claudio Coello 66.
A fashionable space with very different and special items brought from France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium or the US Among the findings of the store include jeans, basic t-shirts (they feel very good), or supplements. To me I fit me very well when I look for something hippie chic style, and also have its own collection.
The most characteristic feature of Atelier Concept think it’s the style that will print their owners, themselves selected garments and advise fairly successful in the store, mixtures suggesting you never have occurred to you but they work.
The store is warm, decorated in a rustic style, and is frequented by bloggers and celebrities, and is located in the Salamanca neighborhood. If you prefer to visit from the living room of your house, you can buy through their website.
10. Mimoki, Hermosilla 26.
When you have a wedding in sight, go to Mimoki. It is a shop of headdresses in which you can not only buy, but also rent them and even make them to suit your tastes and personality. If you want the complete package, you will also find dresses and jewelry to complement them quite interesting indeed.
Today, the team of designers of the store check the rest in their creations and see how they can get to surprise you with unique pieces, very stylish and trendy. You’ll see as you leave mark on your event! 🙂
