Hi Trippers!!! Recién llegada de mi escapadita a Tarifa (ya os contaré pronto todos los detalles 😉 ), vamos ya a por el tercer post, esta vez con una ciudad que me encanta y feliz porque el blog estrena dominio!! (a partir de ahora, ya podréis acceder a él directamente desde http://www.trippingbites.com)

Paris. La Ville Lumière, la ciudad con mayúsculas

París es la magia de sentirte arropado y acogido dentro de una mega metrópoli. Sus rincones son al mismo tiempo majestuosos e íntimos, imponentes y cálidos, su clima puede llegar a helarte los huesos mientras te caldea el corazón… la ciudad de las maravillosas contradicciones.

Artistas, enamorados, fashion victims, bohemios… todos tienen cabida en esta gran ciudad. Un par de días, bien aprovechados, darán de si para ver lo más destacable de París, pero una semana… Una semana te permitirá disfrutar a fondo de lugares encantadores que no siempre salen en las postales.

Paris se divide en veinte arrondissements o distritos, su numeración aumenta a medida que nos vamos alejando del centro de la ciudad, y se van repartiendo  tanto a la Izquierda como a la derecha del río Sena. Así, el 1er arrondissement seria Louvre, el IIe  Bourse, ojo! la Tour Eiffel se encontraría en el Séptimo arrondissement, a una buena (y preciosa) caminata desde el centro o lo que es lo mismo, a unos 3 kms. del Museo del Louvre o a casi 5 kms. del Centre Pompidou.

 
Y vosotros preguntaréis… ¿Cuál es mejor? ¿En cuál me debería alojar? ¿Dónde establecer el centro de operaciones?

Mmmmm….Difícil pregunta, trippers…

Si me hubieseis hecho esta pregunta la primera o la segunda vez que visité Paris, os hubiese contestado Louvre (1er Arrondissement), o Pantheon (Ve Arrondissement). El primero, no hace falta explicar el por qué: pleno centro y al lado de uno de los museos más importantes del Mundo. El segundo, en el Barrio Latino, frecuentado por estudiantes, por su animada vida e impresionantes vistas desde la orilla de Notre Dame.

Pero… ¿y si me preguntáseis hoy? Después conocer a fondo esta increíble ciudad, tendría que reconsiderar mi recomendación: sin duda alguna os recomendaría el Distrito 18: Butte-Montmartre. Solo por la numeración, ya intuiréis que hay cierta distancia del centro… pero creedme, merece la pena! Puede que sea su aire bohemio, o su espíritu artístico (es conocido también como «El Barrio de los Pintores»), o quizás el encanto de sus callejuelas o las increíbles vistas de la ciudad… pero un viaje a París visto desde la perspectiva de este distrito se convierte en algo mágico e inolvidable.

Eso sí, sea cual sea vuestra elección o el lugar en el que decidáis alojaros, Paris no os defraudará ni os dejará indiferentes. Sus tejados, sus cafés, sus tiendas de flores frescas a la orilla del Sena o el olor de sus pastelerías quedarán grabados por siempre en vuestros recuerdos. Esta es mi pequeña gran guía de tesoros de la ciudad:

Empecemos por el principio… El primer distrito, LOUVRE:

Un paseo por este distrito es siempre animado y movido: el Centro Pompidou (Centro Nacional de Arte y Pintura) alberga el Museo de Arte Moderno (tan completo que se encuentra al nivel del MoMa de NY o el Tate Modern de Londres) y se considera uno de los lugares más visitados de París. En su terraza, e

l restaurante Le Georges ofrece unas vistas destacadas de la ciudad:

• No hace falta mencionarlo, pero una visita obligada es al Museo del Louvre. Dicen que es el museo de Arte más visitado del Mundo y en él podrás disfrutar enre otras de obras como La Giocconda. El museo es enorme, kilométrico, y cuenta con su famosa pirámide de cristal en el exterior por el cual se accede a las diferentes secciones del interior.La imagen de todo el complejo iluminada por la noche es alucinante! La entrada para un adulto son unos 15€ http://www.louvre.fr

Caminar por este distrito es encontrar multitud de tiendas internacionales y locales de moda, bares y restaurantes, la estación de Les Halles… pero sin lugar a dudas, mi enclave preferido de la zona es la Catedral de Nôtre Dame. Situada en la Île de la Cité, su silueta gótica con enormes arbotantes y tétricas górgolas te traslada a la atmósfera del Jorobado de Notre Dame. Siempre tuve predilección por la vista trasera de la Iglesia, mucho más retorcida y oscura que la fachada occidental, y su vista desde la orilla opuesta es una de las más bonitas de la ciudad. En interior, luminoso y majestuoso, alberga uno de los órganos más destacados del mundo.

• Para terminar con este distrito, podemos citar Place Vendôme,  con su famosa columna y las prestigiosas joyerías que han tomado este enclave como su icono, y el Jardín de las Tullerías, ubicado entre el museo del Louvre y la Plaza de la Concordia, un jardín muy concurrido y visitado en la ciudad

Sigamos paseando por la ciudad… al QUARTIER LATIN!

Frente al distrito del Louvre, en la orilla opuesta a Notre Damme, y caminando por la rive gauche,  llegamos a uno de los lugares más animados, repleto de callejuelas, puestos y librerías, terrazas, restaurantes, cafés, cervecerías… en los que podréis dar un respiro a vuestros bolsillos y acceder a los precios más razonables de París. No en vano es el lugar elegido por los estudiantes de la Universidad de la Sorbonne (en las inmediaciones) para sus salidas. La Rue Huchette es una de las calles más destacadas del barrio, y curiosamente en las proximidades podréis encontrar uno de los locales más exclusivos de la ciudad (La Tour de L’Argent). Detrás del Pantheon encontraréis una  callecita con un encanto especial y que os trasladará a otra época, una de las más antiguas de la ciudad: Rue Moffetard, que además ofrece como aliciente un mercado que abre todos los días menos los Lunes y que recomiendo visitar.

Junto a Saint Germain de Prés, el mítico Café de Flore, lugar de encuentro de artistas e intelectuales como Sartre o Simone de Beauvoir, Hemingway o Truman Capote, hasta dicen que Jim Morrison lo frecuentaba poco antes de su muerte.

Tras probar alguna de las cervecerías o restaurantes de todo tipo de procedencia (italiana, española, griega, turca…),los más románticos pueden terminar atravesando el Pont des Arts y dejar constancia de su amor con un candado y arrojar la llave al río Sena. Para los menos románticos, solo mencionar que el origen de esta práctica es más comercial que idílico: un cerrajero que buscaba hacer publicidad de su negocio, cercano al puente, puso el primer candado y desde entonces las parejas que pasaban por el lugar empezaron a imitarle! 😉

Podemos continuar por uno de los barrios más chic, cosmopolita y de moda: le Marais 

Situado entre los distritos III y IV, cuenta con la Place des Vosgues como enclave principal en el que las familias más selectas de la sociedad ubicaron sus residencias, hoy en día Museos o lugares emblemáticos como la casa de Víctor Hugo. Me encanta perderme en sus calles y disfrutar de sus tiendas y restaurantes. En la  Rue des Francs Bourgeois, encontrareis tiendas como Les 50 bourgeois, Zadig & Voltaire, Barbara Bui, American Retro, American Vintage  o Ba&sh,  en Rue de Charone la tienda de Isabel Marant, y en el Boulevard de Saint Germaine un Outlet Vintage llamado Mouton a cinq pattes. Y si os entra curiosidad, también podéis recorrer la famosa rue Saint honoré, considerada una de las calles más elegantes del mundo!

Llegamos al XVIII distrito de París: Buttes-Montmartre, 

El famoso y encantador Montmartre, escenario de Amelie y enclave de la Basílica del Sacre Coeur, del Moulin Rouge, del famoso Le marche aux puches, la Porte de Clignancourt y la Place du Tertre… es el barrio de los pintores y uno de los más bohemios de la ciudad. Pasear por las calles de Montmartre es trasladarse al París de finales del XIX – principios del XX. En este barrio vivieron Monet, Picasso, Van Gogh o Dalí, y dicen que su funicular hacia el Sacre Coeur transporta unos dos millones de turistas cada año!. La colina, de 130 metros de altura, descubre unas vistas increíbles de la ciudad.

 

Pasar un día en Montmartre te permitirá sentir muy de cerca el magnetismo de esta ciudad…

• Puedes empezar tomándote un café en la famosa Rue Lepic, en el conocido Café des Deux Molins o Café de Amelie (15 Rue Lepic)… podrás revivir las famosas escenas de la película y hasta hacerte fotos con el enanito 😉

• Cerca de Rue Lepic, obligada visita al Moulin Rouge. (82, Boulevard de Clichy), el famoso cabaret parisino que Andrey Bely definió como «La Taberna del Infierno» . Su famoso espectáculo Féerie es el número uno de París con más de 80 artistas, y en él podrás admirar el célebre can can.

• Me encanta subir andando a la colina, porque te permite disfrutar de los pequeños y pintorescos rincones de Montmartre y hacer paradas en sus acogedores cafés, pastelerías, queserías… puedes comprar macaroons, hablar con los camareros y dependientes, descansar de las empinadas cuestas… gracias a este paseo pude encontrar lugares como éste que me enamoraron: Relais de la Butte (12 Rue Ravignan) Una terracita con vistas preciosas en la que podrás desde tomarte algo hasta comer o cenar.

• Y cuando ya hayas podido recobrar fuerzas, sube a la Basílica  del Sacre Coeur, imponente  en lo alto de la colina de Montmartre. Si deseas ahorrarte los 197 escalones de la subida y llegar a ella en funicular, deberás  tomarlo cerca de la estación de metro de Anvés.

Y, de postre, para terminar nuestra visita a Paris, los lugares y monumentos con parada obligada:

• La Tour Eiffel, símbolo no solo de París, sino del país entero (http://www.toureiffel.paris). Es curioso como este icono emblemático francés no siempre fue visto con buenos ojos por parte de los parisinos: en su momento se utilizó para realizar pruebas del ejército y la llamaban «el monstruo de hierro». Ojo! Si es la primera vez que la visitas ten en cuenta que está algo alejada del centro. La torre tiene una altura de 324m. y en su subida cuenta con tres niveles o pisos. Podrás acceder a ellos bien a pie (194 escalones hasta la cúspide) o en ascensor, según la modalidad y la altura la entrada te costará un precio diferente. La torre cuenta con dos restaurantes (http://www.restaurants-toureiffel.com) «El 58» en la primera planta y el Jules Verne en el último piso, con unas vistas vertiginosas. Al llegar la noche, la torre se ilumina y parpadea, con un espectáculo de luces que podrás divisar desde cualquier punto de la ciudad.

• Arc du Triomphe y Champs Elysees , son otro punto a visitar. El  Arco fue mandado a construir por Bonaparte para conmemorar el triunfo en la Batalla de Austerlitz, y se ubica en uno de los extremos de los Campos Elíseos, que acompañan una de las Avenidas considerada de las más bonitas del Mundo.

• Ópera Garnier, una de las más antiguas, es un edificio neobarroco que cuenta con un total de 15 salas y podrás visitarla tanto de manera libre como con visitas guiadas de 90 minutos.

• Musée d’Orsay. http://www.musee-orsay.fr Para mí, uno de los lugares con más encanto de París. Construido sobre la vieja estación en ruinas de Orsay, inaugurada en 1900 para la Exposición Mundial de París, es hoy en día un conjunto que alberga museo + hotel. Su estructura de hierro y su remodelación (que mantiene el encanto del antiguo edificio), alberga una de las mejores colecciones de pintura impresionista y postimpresionista y está dedicado a las Artes Plásticas del Siglo XIX. Tanto por fuera como por dentro, impresionante.

• Y, finalmente, Galerías Lafayette, los famosos grandes almacenes con la mayor superficie comercial del mundo occidental, son el símbolo del «arte de vivir» a la francesa. 16.000m2 y tres plantas con marcas de lujo, nuevos creadores, gastronomía gourmet y hasta un espacio propio para el Vino de Burdeos!   http://www.bordeauxtheque.com. No apto para todos los bolsillos, pero sí para la vista, cuenta con unos interiores espectaculares!

Hasta aquí el recorrido más habitual de la ciudad… empecemos ahora con los BITES!!! París cuenta con mil opciones y posibilidades en ocio, restauración, alojamiento y disfrute!

Dormir en París: 

Antes de nada, tienes que tener en cuenta que París no es barato en lo que alojamiento se refiere. Los hoteles más económicos pero aceptables en cuanto a limpieza y comodidad se sitúan en precios superiores a 100€ la noche. Montmartre es algo más barato en comparación al centro, por lo que si ya conoces más o menos la ciudad es una excelente opción para alojarse.

• Aparthoteles Citadines Montmartre Paris, aparthoteles de diseño moderno a tan solo 200m. del Moulin Rouge y al lado del famoso Café de Amelie. http://www.citadines.com/en/france/paris/montmartre.html
• Hotel Design Secret, http://www.hotel-design-secret-de-paris.com, ofrece habitaciones inspiradas en zonas emblemáticas de la ciudad. A mí me encanta la Musée de Orsay!! 😉
• Hôtel Thoumieux, http://www.thoumieux.fr, cercano a la Torre Eiffel, (79, Rue de Saint Dominique), con ambiente 100% parisino y una relación calidad – precio aceptable
• Timhotel Montmartre, http://www.timhotel.com, para que disfrutes de las típicas vistas de los tejados de París desde tu propia habitación:

Comer en París

Desayunar, comer o cenar en París es un placer para los sentidos, pero tu bolsillo puede verse fácilmente afectado. La ciudad también te ofrece alternativas muy económicas como los crépes callejeros hechos al momento (deliciosos!) o un café + croissant detrás del Louvre por 1,5€… todo es saber moverse y encontrar oportunidades! Personalmente me encantan las Brasseries, aunque no siempre están al alcance de todos los bolsillos. Para los que queráis algo un poco menos improvisado, os dejo algunas referencias:

• Quartier Latin: en él podrás encontrar restaurantes italianos, griegos, españoles, mexicanos… a precios razonables y de buena calidad/ cantidad. Uno de los que me gustan es Le Bistro 30 (30 Rue de Severin)
• Marais:  Pitzman, un restaurante de comida étnica muy acogedor en el 8 de la Rue Pavèe
• Montmartre: 
  • Cadet de Gascogne http://www.cadet-de-gascogne.com (4 Place du Tertre), muy pintoresco y con terracita
  • La Pierrade, (93 Rue des Martyrs) prueba sus raclettes!
  • Bistrot Le Chat Noir 1881, en el Boulevard de Clichy. Quizás destaque más por el ambiente que por la comida, pero es agradable de visitar.

Salir en París

Al igual que dormir o comer, salir en Paris no es barato. Las copas se sirven con dosificador, y tanto los vinos como las cervezas tienen precios elevados. Puedes encontrar cervecerías en el Barrio Latino con pintas a precios un poco más accesibles, y también destaca la zona de la Bastilla y República como zonas de marcha.

• En República, tienes La Caravane, con pintas a 3€
• En el centro (Les Halles), Le Cordonnerie, donde podrás tomarte una copa a buen precio en el centro de la ciudad
• También en el centro puedes tomarte un cocktail o incluso un champagne en L’Experimental Cocktail Club, un local de moda de la ciudad.
• Y, para algo más tranquilo, Café Kitsune http://kitsune.fr, en Palais Royal. Podrás reponer fuerzas con un buen café o con un sorbete

Vestirse en París 

París es moda y glamour, fuente constante de inspiración desde sus pasarelas. Pensar en París es pensar en la Haute Couture y en marcas tan icónicas como Chanel, Dior o Hermés.  Pero también cuenta con nuevas propuestas como las de Isabel Marant o Vanessa Bruno que son must para los «fashionistas».

Mis visitas a París han sido en diferentes épocas del año, aunque nunca en verano. Hacía algo de frío y, según la época, humedad. Es por ello que cuando pienso en París siempre me vienen a la cabeza accesorios como algún sombrero, guantes, foulares… Aquí os dejo algunas propuestas de looks para esta glamourosa ciudad:

La Ville Lumière, THE  city

Being in Paris is to feel welcomed into a mega metropolis

Their corners are both majestic and intimate , stunning and warm , the weather can get you freeze your bones while warms the heart … the wonderful city of contradictions

Artists , lovers, fashion victims , bohemians … all belong in this great city

A couple of days well spent , given whether to see the highlight of Paris, but a week … A week will allow you to thoroughly enjoy lovely places that do not always go on postcards. 

Paris is divided into twenty arrondissements , or districts, numbering increases as we go away from the center of the city, and go handing both the left and right of the river Seine . Thus, the 1st arrondissement is Louvre, Bourse IIe… the Eiffel Tower would be in the seventh arrondissement, a good (and beautiful ) walk from the center or what is the same , about 3 kms . the Louvre or nearly 5 kms . the Centre Pompidou .

 
And you wondering … What it is better? In what should I stay ? Where do I should establish my accomodation?

Mmmmm….Difficult question, trippers…

If you had asked me this question the first or second time I visited Paris , I had answered Louvre (1st Arrondissement ) , or Pantheon (V Arrondissement ) . The first , needless to explain why : the center and next to one of the most important museums in the world. The second , in the Latin Quarter , frequented by students, for its lively and stunning views from the edge of Notre Dame.

What if I inquire today? Then get to know this amazing city , I would have to reconsider my recommendation : I definitely recommend the District 18 : Butte- Montmartre. There is some distance from the center … but believe me , it’s worth ! It may be his bohemian , or artistic spirit (also known as » The Neighborhood of the Painters » ) , or perhaps the charm of its narrow streets and incredible views of the city … but a trip to Paris seen from the perspective of this district becomes something magical and unforgettable.

Whatever your choice or the place in which you decide to stay, Paris will not disappoint you or leave you indifferent . Roofs , cafes , shops fresh to the Seine or the smell of his pastry flowers will be recorded forever in your memories .

This is my little guide of treasures of the city:

First things first … The first district, LOUVRE:

A walk through this district is always lively and moved : the Pompidou Center ( National Center of Art and Painting ) houses the Museum of Modern Art ( so complete that it is at the level of NY MoMA or Tate Modern in London ) and is considered one of the most visited places in Paris. On the terrace , the restaurant Le Georges offers outstanding views of the city :

• Needless to mention , but a must see is the Louvre Museum . They say it is the most visited art museum in the world and he will have enre other works as The Giocconda . The museum is huge , kilometer , and has its famous glass pyramid outside by which you access the different sections of interior. The whole complex lighted up at night is amazing ! Admission for an adult is about 15 € http://www.louvre.fr

Walking through this district is finding many international and local boutiques, bars and restaurants, the resort of Les Halles … but without a doubt , my favorite spot in the area is Notre Dame. Located on the Ile de la Cité , its Gothic silhouette with huge buttresses and gloomy Górgolas takes you into the atmosphere of the Hunchback of Notre Dame. I always had a predilection for the rear view of the Church , much more twisted and dark that the western facade , and its view from the opposite bank is one of the most beautiful in the city. Inside , bright and majestic, houses one of the world’s foremost musical organ.

• To end this district , we can walk to Place Vendome with its famous column and prestigious jewelers who have taken this enclave as its icon , and the Jardin des Tuileries , located between the Louvre and the Place de la Concorde , a very busy and visited garden in the city

Let us walking around town … to QUARTIER LATIN!

Opposite the Louvre district , on the opposite bank to Notre Damme, and walking down the rive gauche , we come to one of the full of streets , stations and libraries , terraces, restaurants , cafes , pubs … liveliest places that you can give your pockets a breather and access the most reasonable prices in Paris. It Is the place chosen by the students of the University of the Sorbonne ( nearby ) for its outputs. Rue Huchette is one of the most important streets of the neighborhood , and curiously in the vicinity can find one of the most exclusive places in the city ( La Tour de L’ Argent ) . Behind the Pantheon you will find a small street with a special charm and you move to another era, one of the oldest in the city: Rue Moffetard , which offers as incentive a market that is open every day except Monday and would recommend visiting .

Next to Saint Germain des Pres , the mythical Café de Flore , a meeting place for artists and intellectuals like Sartre and Simone de Beauvoir , Hemingway or Truman Capote, to say that Jim Morrison frequented shortly before his death.

After trying some of the breweries and restaurants of all types of origin ( Italian , Spanish , Greek , Turkish … ) , the most romantic can end up crossing the Pont des Arts and to express its love with a padlock and throwing the key to Seine river. For less romantic , just to mention that the origin of this practice is more commercial than idyllic : a locksmith seeking to advertise your business , near the bridge, put the first lock and since couples who passed through the place started to imitate ! ; )

We can continue on one of the most chic , cosmopolitan and fashion districts: le Marais

Located between the districts III and IV , has the Place des Vosges main enclave in which the finest families placed their residences society today museums or landmarks like the house of Victor Hugo . I love getting lost in its streets and enjoy its shops and restaurants . In the rue des Francs Bourgeois , you will find shops like Les 50 bourgeois, Zadig & Voltaire , Barbara Bui, American Retro , American Vintage or Ba & sh , at Rue de Charone you will find the Isabel Marant shop , and on the Boulevard Saint Germaine an Outlet Vintage call Mouton to cinq pattes . And if you enter curiosity, you can also tour the famous rue Saint Honore , considered one of the most elegant streets in the world!

We arrived at the XVIII district of Paris : BUTTES -MONTMARTRE:

The famous and charming Montmartre , scene of Amelie and the enclave of Sacre Coeur , the Moulin Rouge, the famous Le marche aux puches , the Porte de Clignancourt and the Place du Tertre … is the district of painters and one of the most bohemian of the city. Stroll the streets of Montmartre is moving to Paris in the late nineteenth – early twentieth century. In this neighborhood they lived Monet , Picasso, Van Gogh and Dali , and say his funicular to the Sacre Coeur carries about two million tourists every year !. The hill , 130 meters high , discover amazing views of the city.

Spend a day in Montmartre will allow you to feel closely the magnetism of this city ..

• You can start sipping a coffee in the famous Rue Lepic , in the famous Café des Deux Molins ( 15 Rue Lepic ) … you can relive the famous scenes of the film Amelie and to make pictures with the little dwarf 😉

• Near Rue Lepic , you must visit Moulin Rouge. (82, Boulevard de Clichy ), the famous Parisian cabaret Andrey Bely defined as » La Taberna del Infierno» . His famous Féerie show is number one in Paris with more than 80 artists , and he can admire the famous can can .

I love to walk up the hill , because you can enjoy the small and picturesque corners of Montmartre and make stops in its cozy cafes , bakeries, dairies … can buy macaroons , talking with waiters and dependents rest of steep slopes … thanks to this ride I could find places like this that I fell in love : Relais de la Butte ( 12 Rue Ravignan ) a terrace with beautiful views from which you can take something to eat or dinner.

• And when you’ve been resumed forces up to the Sacre Coeur , imposing on top of the hill of Montmartre. If you want to save the 197 steps to climb and reached by funicular , you should take it near the subway station Anvés .

To end our visit to Paris , places and monuments «musts»

• The Eiffel Tower, symbol not only of Paris, but the whole country http://www.toureiffel.paris. It’s funny how this French flagship icon was not always viewed favorably by the Parisians at the time was used for testing the army and called the » iron monster «. If this is the first time the visitors note that is somewhat removed from the center. The tower has a height of 324m . and his ascent has three levels or floors. You can access them on foot ( 194 steps to the top ) or lift , depending on the form and height entry will cost a different price. The tower has two restaurants ( http://www.restaurants-toureiffel.com) «The 58» on the first floor and the Jules Verne on the top floor , with vertiginous views. At night , the tower lights and flashes , with a light show that can be seen from anywhere in the city.

• Arc du Triomphe and Champs Elysees: the Arch was built under Bonaparte to commemorate the victory at the Battle of Austerlitz , and is located at one end of the Champs Elysees, accompanying one of the avenues considered the most beautiful in the world

• Opera Garnier , one of the oldest , is a neo-baroque building with a total of 15 rooms and you can visit both free way with guided visits of 90 minutes

• Musée d’ Orsay (http://www.musee-orsay.fr)  For me , one of the most charming Paris . Built on the ruins of old station in Orsay, inaugurated in 1900 for the World Exhibition in Paris , it is now a museum that houses set + hotel. Its iron structure and remodeling (which maintains the charm of the old building ) , houses one of the finest collections of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist painting and is dedicated to the arts of the nineteenth century . Both outside and inside, impressive.

• And finally , Galeries Lafayette , the famous department store with the largest trade area in the Western world , are the symbol of » art de vivre » French . 16,000m2 and three floors with luxury brands, new artists , gourmet cuisine and even its own space for the Bordeaux Wine! http://www.bordeauxtheque.com . Not suitable for all budgets, but to the eye, it has impressive interiors !

So far the most common city tour … now let’s start with the BITES !!! Paris has a thousand options and possibilities in leisure, catering, accommodation and enjoy!

Sleep in Paris: 

First of all , you have to consider that Paris is not cheap as accommodation is concerned. Deals but acceptable in terms of cleanliness and comfort hotels are at higher prices than € 100 a night. Montmartre is somewhat cheaper compared to the center , so if you already know about the city is an excellent choice to stay.

Eat in París

Breakfast, lunch or dinner in Paris is a treat for the senses , but your pocket easily affected . The city also offers very economical alternatives such as street crepes made at the time ( delicious !) Or a coffee + croissant behind the Louvre by  € 1.5 … everything is moving and find opportunities to know ! Personally I love the Brasseries , although they are not always within reach of every budget . For those who want something a little less improvised , I leave some references :

• Quartier Latin:  it can find Italian, Greek , Spanish, Mexican … at reasonable prices and good quality / quantity . One that I like is Le Bistro 30 (30 Rue de Severin )
• Marais:  Pitzman,a cozy restaurant ethnic food at 8 Rue Pavee
• Montmartre: 
  • Cadet de Gascogne http://www.cadet-de-gascogne.com (4 Place du Tertre) very picturesque and with terrace
  • La Pierrade, (93 Rue des Martyrs) try the raclettes!
  • Bistrot Le Chat Noir 1881, at Boulevard de Clichy. Perhaps it stands out more for the atmosphere than for the food , but it is nice to visit.

Going out  in París

Like sleeping or eating out in Paris it is not cheap . The cups are available with dispenser , and both wine and beer are high prices. You can find breweries in the Latin Quarter with pints priced a little more accessible , and also highlights the Bastille area and Republic as nightlife venues .

• In Republic , you have the Caravane with 3 pints €
• In the center (Les Halles ), Le Cordonnerie , where you can have a drink at a good price in the city center
• Also in the city  center you can sip a cocktail or even a champagne at L’ Experimental Cocktail Club.
• And, for something calmer, Kitsune Coffee http://kitsune.fr in Palais Royal. You can regain strength with good coffee or sorbet

Dressing in París 

Paris means fashion and glamor, constant inspiration from their catwalks. Think think Paris is the Haute Couture and iconic brands such as Chanel , Dior and Hermes . But also it has new proposals such as Isabel Marant and Vanessa Bruno which are must for » fashionistas » .

My visits to Paris have been at different times of year, but never in the summer. It was something cold and by time , humidity . That is why when I think of Paris, I always come to mind some accessories like hats, gloves, foulards … Here you have some proposals for this glamorous city looks :
