Hi again, world!
I do believe it’s time for another adventure…
No me puedo creer que esté escribiendo esto…
En marzo de 2020 el mundo se paró, y como sabéis desde entonces @trippingbites dejó de publicar aventuras 😦
Sabía que solo era algo provisional, de alguna manera siempre he tenido claro que volvería, pero me costaba encontrar el momento adecuado hasta que estos días algo en mi interior simplemente se removió… lo echaba demasiado de menos.
Trippingbites nació como una ventana hacia los sueños, ilusiones y recuerdos de viajes inolvidables… cada post me llenaba de nuevas ganas de conocer y explorar, y esa sensación es tan adictiva como maravillosa. Que poco a poco se fuesen sumando lectores de todas las partes del mundo era la mejor recompensa, y en estos ¡3 años! algunos me habéis escrito también extrañando aquellos posts, haciéndome entender que lo que empezó siendo un pequeño cuaderno de bitácora se convirtió en una increíble comunidad de personas con una misma manera de vivir y sentir cada viaje (mis queridos trippers! 🫶)
Lo que permanece y lo que evoluciona
A pesar de todo este tiempo no se ha perdido ni un ápice de este ADN y poco a poco hemos podido (por fin!) volver a viajar. Volveremos a hablar de destinos lejanos y cercanos con la misma filosofía de siempre, descubriendo sus rincones más especiales y auténticos y buscando los tips más útiles para extraer esa peculiar “esencia Trippingbites“ en cada aventura.
Sin embargo, también estos años han aportado nuevas perspectivas y creo que de alguna manera todo y todos hemos cambiado… en esta nueva etapa me encantaría poder compartir puntos de vista con vosotros y escuchar vuestras sensaciones. Reflejar de una manera lo más real posible cada experiencia comentando sus luces y sus sombras (siempre que las haya) desde un nuevo apartado “Reflexiones tras el viaje“ y saber si coinciden o no con las vuestras para que todos podamos tener una visión más enriquecedora o completa. ¿Qué os parece, os animaríais? 🙂

Con este post iniciamos una nueva etapa en el blog. El 1 de Septiembre siempre será nuestro cumpleaños, y tras este paréntesis empezamos de nuevo con esas mariposas en el estómago que también se sienten las segundas veces… tan ilusionantes o más que las primeras, no creéis? 😉

I do believe it’s time for another adventure…
I can’t believe I’m writing this….
In March 2020 the world stopped, and as you know sadly since then @trippingbites stopped posting adventures 😦
I knew it was just a temporary thing, somehow it was always clear to me that it would come back, but I was struggling to find the right moment until these days something inside me just stirred… I missed it too much.
Trippingbites was born as a window to dreams, illusions and memories of unforgettable trips… each post filled me with a new desire to know and explore, and that feeling is as addictive as it is wonderful. The fact that little by little readers from all over the world were joining the blog was the best reward, and in these 3 years! some of you have also written to me missing those posts, making me understand that what started as a small logbook has become an incredible community of people who share the same way of feeling the trips (my beloved trippers! 🫶)
What remains and what evolves
Despite all this time we have not lost any of this DNA and little by little we have been able (finally!) to travel again. We will talk about near and far destinations with the same philosophy, discovering their most special and authentic corners and looking for the most useful tips to extract its peculiar «Trippingbites essence“.
However, these years have also brought new perspectives and I think that somehow everything and everyone has changed… in this new stage I would love to be able to share points of view with you and listen to your feelings. I would like to reflect each experience as real as possible, commenting on its lights and shadows (whenever there are any) from a new section «Thoughts after the trip» and to know if they coincide or not with yours so that we can all have a more enriching or complete vision. What do you think, would you like to do it? 🙂
September 1st 2015 – September 1st 2023
With this post we begin a new stage in the blog. September 1st will always be our birthday, and after this break we start again with those butterflies in the stomach that you also feel the second times… as exciting or even more than the first ones, don’t you think? 😉
