Para este último post antes del descanso de verano, nada mejor que repasar los mejores hoteles en las mejores playas del Mundo, para transportarnos directamente al mar!! Hemos hecho una selección de alojamientos únicos, increíbles y excepcionales para un verano de ensueño… ¿nos dejamos llevar?
Lizard Island Resort, Australia
¿Os imagináis levantaros cada mañana observando la Gran Barrera de Coral australiana? El Lizard Island Resort se sitúa en Lizard Island, un auténtico paraíso tropical perdido a 150 millas al norte de Cairns. Si buscáis un lugar remoto en el Mundo en el que olvidaros de todo, este es vuestro sitio! El hotel cuenta con 40 suites en pleno Parque Nacional desde las que se disfrutan de unas puestas de sol perfectas, y destaca también por su increíble comida. Sin duda, un retiro en el que vivir una experiencia irrepetible en la vida.
Six Senses Laamu, Maldivas
En el Atolón Laamu, en pleno Océano Índico, se encuentra el Six Senses Lamuu, el único resort de la isla, un lugar alucinante en el que hasta podréis nadar entre delfines. Con villas literalmente construidas sobre el mar y unas vistas únicas del entorno. El complejo organiza un cocktail al atardecer que es sin duda uno de los mejores momentos del día y toda su actividad gira en torno a la vida marina. Espectacular e inolvidable.
Hotel Nikoi, Indonesia
Nikoi island es una isla situada en Bintan, a unas 50 millas de Singapur. En esta isla encontramos el Nikoi Hotel, un trocito de cielo en la tierra frente al mar. No se puede saber con exactitud qué va antes: ¿el hotel es la isla, la isla es el hotel?, su espíritu eco-friendly hace que se mimetice completamente con el entorno y eso hace que no sea un lugar apto para todo el mundo: olvidaros de la TV, del ordenador, y simplemente balancearos en sus hamacas colgantes ecuchando el sonido de las olas. One and Only Palmilla, Los Cabos
Una de las mejores maneras de terminar el recorrido por la Costa Oeste es alojarse en este espectacular hotel mirando al Pacífico en Baja California. El One and Only Palmilla es considerado por muchos el mejor hotel del país y es un auténtico lugar de retiro y disfrute para los sentidos. Su estilo es mexicano elegante y las habitaciones son sobrias y austeras, pero lo mejor son sus instalaciones y su atmósfera única, ideal para parejas. Mágico.
Mandarín Oriental Sanya, China
El Mandarín Oriental Sanya se sitúa en la isla de Hainan, al sur de China, un lugar en el que siempre hace buen tiempo independientemente de la época del año en la que se visite. Así que no os preocupéis si no es verano, podréis sacar partido igualmente de su bahía privada y de sus kilómetros de playas. Tres piscinas al aire libre, una playa exclusiva para los clientes, varios restaurantes, diez campos de golf, clases de cocina y de yoga, un delicioso spa… el hotel lo tiene todo para que no tengáis que preocuparos nada más que de disfrutar.
The Datai Langkawi, Malaysia
De nuevo, una imagen vale más que mil palabras. Y esta vista aérea lo dice todo. El verdadero paraíso para los amantes de la naturaleza se llama The Datai Langkawi y se encuentra en Malasia. Situado en plena jungla tropical, es ideal para hacer excursiones en mountain bike y conectar con el entorno. En plena isla de Langkawi, cada habitación del hotel ofrece vistas espectaculares del Mar de Andaman y, según National Geographic la playa en la que se encuentra (Datai Beach), es una de las 10 playas más bonitas del mundo.
Hotel Mukul, Nicaragua
Su excelente ubicación ya suma muchos puntos, el Mukul Beach Hotel se encuentra en Guacalito, en pleno corazón de la Costa Esmeralda. Pero además, tiene una marcada personalidad: en su arquitectura, en su decoración… el lugar respira caracter y autenticidad. Se trata del primer hotel boutique de lujo de Nicaragua pero de alguna manera te acoge como si estuvieras en casa…merece la pena visitarlo!
The Z Hotel, Zanzíbar Tanzania
El Z Hotel es un hotel boutique de cuatro estrellas en la idílica playa de Nungwi, en el extremo norte de Zanzíbar. Sus 38 habitaciones combinan arte contemporáneo con elementos propios de la cultura de la zona, y cuentan con una puerta de cristal desde el suelo al techo para observar las cristalinas aguas. Lo mejor es acabar el día en su infinity pool a casi un paso de la playa. Precioso.
Casa Ventanas, Cayo Espanto Belize
Rodeada por los cuatro costados de las aguas del Caribe, Casa Ventanas es una villa romántica y desconectada del Mundo en la que sentirse como un Robinson Crusoe de lujo. Además, se encuentra muy próxima al puerto y eso facilita que podáis conectar con la civilización siempre que os apetezca. Un retiro perfecto.
Banyan Tree Mayakoba, Quintana Roo Mexico
Y para terminar con nuestra selección de hoteles de ensueño en la playa, el Banyan Tree Mayakoba: un hotel espectacular que además ofrece unas vistas de los canales de Mayakoba que rivalizan con las del mar Caribe. Su Spa es uno de los más famosos y reputados a nivel Mundial, su restaurante Saffron uno de los más interesantes y la experiencia, en general, es irrepetible. La guinda de lujo a este top ten de lugares maravillosos en los que veranear.
Espero que por un momento hayáis dejado volar la imaginación y sentiros como si estuvieseis en cada uno de estos impresionantes hoteles frente al mar. Este post era el anticipo de mi deseado Verano de 2016 que hoy inauguro, y aunque puede que no lo disfrute desde un alojamiento tan exclusivo como los que forman parte de este post, sí lo haré como siempre con los cinco sentidos! Me esperan la playa, el buen tiempo, las terracitas e impresionantes puestas de sol…
